Wolf Range Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals
Wolf has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your range is still under Wolf's factory warranty, start with Wolf. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.
How a Range Repair Visit Works
Tell Us the Symptom
Which burner, element or oven function fails, any code on the display, and whether it's gas, electric or induction.
In-Home Testing
We test elements or igniters, the temperature sensor and the controls, and check the supply at the outlet or gas valve.
A Price You Approve
We show you the failed part and give a price for the fix; the work waits for your yes.
Fix and Check
With the part fitted, we run the appliance through a cycle while you're there to confirm the fix.
Wolf range design and construction
Which fuel your Wolf range burns determines where it tends to fail. An all-gas model bakes with a tube burner and broils with an infrared burner up top, so oven calls revolve around the hot-surface igniter, the safety valve and that broiler. A dual-fuel model sets an electric convection oven under the gas burners, which turns oven problems into element, fan, relay and sensor problems. Induction models carry no gas at all and lean on power electronics. Wider ranges may add a griddle or charbroiler with a burner and thermostat of their own. The whole unit is heavy and tight to the counters, so when it has to come forward we lay floor protection, refit the anti-tip bracket and leak-test the gas fitting before we leave.
Common Wolf range failures
- Oven igniter too weak for valve
- Infrared broiler not lighting
- Dual-fuel bake element open
- Griddle thermostat inaccurate
- Induction power board failed

Wolf Range Repair FAQ
Short answers to what people usually ask before a visit. Anything not covered can go in the notes when you book.
Didn't see your question?
Send us the make, the model tag and what the appliance is doing. Some problems can be narrowed down before anyone drives over; most need hands on the machine.
The hot-surface igniter does two jobs: it heats, and its current holds the safety valve open. As it ages it keeps glowing but stops drawing enough current, so the valve stays closed. We measure the draw and replace the igniter if it's below spec.
Frequently it doesn't. Burners, igniters, switches, knobs and most oven parts are reachable with the range in place. The rear gas fitting, the power connection and some wiring require pulling it forward; when we do, the floor gets protected and the anti-tip bracket goes back on.
