Samsung Range Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals
Samsung has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your range is still under Samsung's factory warranty, start with Samsung. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.

Samsung range design and construction
Samsung ranges pack more electronics than the basic stove: touch controls, Wi-Fi, air fry on some models and the Flex Duo divider on others. Front-control and slide-in layouts put the knobs or keys at hip height. In 2024 Samsung recalled more than a million slide-in electric ranges with front-mounted knobs because they could be switched on by accidental contact from people or pets, and the remedy was knob locks or covers, so we check the model against that recall before quoting. Dual-fuel models pair a gas top with an electric oven, so one appliance carries both kinds of parts. The repairs we see most are oven sensors, gas igniters, bake elements, touch panels and the main board. A board that dies right after a summer thunderstorm deserves a look at the outlet and wiring too. When a range comes back into place, the anti-tip bracket has to be engaged.
Common Samsung range failures
- Control board relay stuck or dead
- Touch panel not responding
- Oven igniter weak on gas models
- Convection fan or element failed
- Front knob switch worn

Samsung Range Repair FAQ
A few plain answers before you book. Details about your home or the appliance can go in the form's notes field.
Didn't see your question?
Describe what's happening and include the model plate if you can. We'll say what we can from that, and the rest gets checked at your home.
The 2024 recall covered certain slide-in electric ranges with front-mounted knobs. Samsung has a lookup by model and serial number, and the remedy comes from Samsung at no charge, not from a repair shop. We can help you find the numbers on your range.
It may be, but check the simple things first: the breaker, and whether the outlet has power. If the range is still dead, we test the board's power supply and fuses, since a surge doesn't always take out the whole board.
