Everest Refrigerator Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals
Everest has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your refrigerator is still under Everest's factory warranty, start with Everest. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.
How a Refrigerator Repair Visit Works
Tell Us the Symptom
Note the temperatures if you have a thermometer, any frost or puddles, and the model number from inside the door.
In-Home Testing
At your home the technician checks airflow, the condenser, the defrost circuit and the controls in turn.
A Price You Approve
We explain what failed and quote the repair. Nothing is done until you agree to the price.
Fix and Check
We install the part matched to your model, then run it to make sure the problem is gone.
Everest refrigerator design and construction
Everest cabinets are self-contained, with the condensing unit on top or underneath depending on the model, and that placement decides how quickly it fouls. A bottom-mount unit on a prep table or chef base breathes floor dust and cooking grease and clogs much faster than a top-mount on a reach-in. Inside, an evaporator fan drives air across the coil; if it stops, the coil ices while the product warms. Gaskets are the other big failure, particularly on chef-base drawers that take hits from carts and knees. Humid air means more condensate, so a drain line or evaporator pan that can't keep up leaves water on the floor. A bad probe can make a unit short-cycle or run without stopping.
Common Everest refrigerator failures
- Grease-caked condenser coil
- Evaporator fan dead
- Drawer gasket torn
- Controller or probe fault
- Condensate pan overflowing

The rail is the toughest part of any prep table to keep cold. Lids left open, pans filled past the line or a table parked next to the fryers all fight it. When the rail stays warm despite good habits, the air feed to the rail, the fan and the controller setpoints are what we look at.
Refrigerant escapes as a gas, so a puddle isn't refrigerant. Floor water near a cooler typically traces to a plugged condensate drain, a pan that isn't evaporating, or a door that doesn't seal and lets the coil pull extra moisture from humid air. We find where the water starts before replacing anything.
