Bosch refrigerator repair
Bosch Refrigerator Repair in Tampa
In-home service for Bosch refrigerators in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and the surrounding Tampa Bay communities. Shallow counter-depth Bosch fridges with French doors or a bottom freezer, and the Benchmark built-in columns. Ice makers, fill valves, fans, defrost trouble and sagging door hinges keep us busiest.

Tell us the appliance and your area, then how to reach you, and we'll follow up to arrange the visit.
Bosch Refrigerator Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals
Bosch has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your refrigerator is still under Bosch's factory warranty, start with Bosch. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.
How a Refrigerator Repair Visit Works
Book the Visit
The brand, the model tag inside the fresh-food side, and whether the problem is cooling, ice, water or noise.
Find the Fault
We read coil and cabinet temperatures, check both fans and test the defrost parts before naming the fault.
Your Go-Ahead
We explain what failed and quote the repair. Nothing is done until you agree to the price.
Fixed and Verified
We install the part matched to your model, then run it to make sure the problem is gone.
Bosch refrigerator design and construction
To sit flush with the counters, a Bosch fridge gives up depth, which crowds the components and leaves the condenser at the back with very little air around it. A coat of dust there warms the fresh-food side faster than it would on a full-depth fridge, and in a hot Tampa kitchen that margin is thinner still. Most of our Bosch refrigerator visits involve the ice maker in the freezer drawer, the fill valve at the back, or a fan. A failed defrost cycle leaves the evaporator encased in ice, and cold air stops reaching the upper compartment. Benchmark built-in columns are their own design, serviced from the front with their own parts. These units run on electronic controls fed by thermistors, so we measure the sensors first rather than condemning the board.
Common Bosch refrigerator failures
- Ice maker not filling or not ejecting
- Evaporator iced over after a defrost fault
- Condenser coil or fan choked with dust
- Water inlet valve sticking
- Thermistor reading out of range
Problems that aren't peculiar to Bosch are explained on the refrigerator repair page. Visits run from St. Petersburg and Tampa up to Wesley Chapel and Spring Hill: check the service area list for your ZIP.

Didn't see your question?
Tell us the brand, model number and the symptom. A few things can be ruled out from a description; most faults need testing on site.
Cold air reaches the fresh-food side through a duct from the freezer evaporator. Ice on that coil, or a fan that has stopped, cuts the supply while the freezer stays cold. We rule those out before ever suspecting refrigerant.
Many repairs are done from the front. When it does have to come out, we plan for it: shutting off the water line, protecting the floor and refitting the anti-tip hardware afterward.
