Miele Stove Repair in Tampa
In-home service for Miele stoves in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and the surrounding Tampa Bay communities. The Miele range as a daily stove: burners that click without lighting, flames that die when the knob is released, and an oven that won't hold its temperature.
Booking online? The Miele stove's model tag in the notes helps us line up the right part.
Tell us the appliance and your area, then how to reach you, and we'll follow up to arrange the visit.
Miele Stove Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals
Miele has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your stove is still under Miele's factory warranty, start with Miele. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.
How a Stove Repair Visit Works
Tell Us the Symptom
The model tag (often behind the drawer or on the frame) and what it does or doesn't do when you turn it on.
In-Home Testing
We test elements or igniters, the temperature sensor and the controls, and check the supply at the outlet or gas valve.
A Price You Approve
We explain what failed and quote the repair. Nothing is done until you agree to the price.
Fix and Check
With the part fitted, we run the appliance through a cycle while you're there to confirm the fix.
Miele stove design and construction
When owners say their Miele stove is acting up, they usually mean the burners on a Miele range rather than the oven. The sealed gas burners use spark ignition and a flame-failure safety. A burner that lights while the knob is held but dies on release almost always has a dirty or misaligned sensor tip, not a bad valve. Caps nudged off-center during cleaning give a ragged flame or no ignition at all. A boil-over that soaks an igniter keeps it clicking until it dries. Down below, the oven sensor drifts with age and the oven runs hot or cool. We clean and reseat every burner, light each one at high and low, and check the oven with our own thermometer before quoting parts.
Common Miele stove failures
- Burner goes out on knob release
- Igniter wet and clicking
- Cap not seated on burner
- Oven running off temperature
- Oven door hinge binding

Didn't see your question?
Tell us the brand, model number and the symptom. A few things can be ruled out from a description; most faults need testing on site.
The flame-failure sensor keeps the gas on only while it senses heat. Hold the knob a few seconds longer after lighting; if the flame still drops when you let go, the sensor needs cleaning or replacement, which we handle.
Usually it settles down once the spilled liquid has dried from around the igniters. Keep the burners off for a few hours. If the ticking keeps going once everything is dry, a switch or the spark module has failed, and we test both.
