Tell us the appliance and your area, then how to reach you, and we'll follow up to arrange the visit.
Bertazzoni Stove Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals
Bertazzoni has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your stove is still under Bertazzoni's factory warranty, start with Bertazzoni. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.
How a Stove Repair Visit Works
Describe the Problem
Tell us what fails to heat or light, and send the model number; codes and odd smells are worth mentioning.
Diagnosis at Home
We test elements or igniters, the temperature sensor and the controls, and check the supply at the outlet or gas valve.
Quote Before Work
We explain what failed and quote the repair. Nothing is done until you agree to the price.
Repair and Test
After the repair we test a full cycle and check for leaks, noise or codes before we leave.
Bertazzoni stove design and construction
When someone calls a Bertazzoni a stove, they are usually describing small daily frustrations: holding the knob down every time, ticking that won't quit, a low flame that won't settle, an oven that seems to take forever. Nearly all of it traces back to the flame-safety design. Thermocouples need to sit in the flame, electrodes need to be clean and dry, and caps need to sit square. A thorough cleaning and reseating fixes a surprising number of these on its own. If it doesn't, we test the thermocouple, valve or spark switch. On the oven side, slow preheating points to an element or the fan far more often than the control.
Common Bertazzoni stove failures
- Flame dies on release
- Spark switch wet
- Low flame lifting
- Long preheat
- Loose knob on stem
Problems that aren't peculiar to Bertazzoni are explained on the stove repair page. Our Tampa Bay service areas page shows where Bertazzoni visits are booked.

Bertazzoni Stove Repair FAQ
A few plain answers before you book. Details about your home or the appliance can go in the form's notes field.
Didn't see your question?
Send us the make, the model tag and what the appliance is doing. Some problems can be narrowed down before anyone drives over; most need hands on the machine.
A spark switch behind one knob is stuck closed, usually because a spill or mop water ran under it. Letting it dry may stop the ticking. If it comes back, the switch or its harness needs replacing.
Turn every knob off, leave switches and anything that sparks alone, get everyone out and call 911 or your gas company from outside. After the utility gives the all-clear, we can fix the stove and leak-test any fitting we open.
