Frigidaire cooktops cover gas, radiant glass and induction, and the brand made induction cooking reachable on a modest budget. On gas models, every knob has its own switch wired to a shared spark module, and one wet switch will keep the burners ticking. Radiant tops heat elements beneath the glass, regulated by infinite switches or a touch board. Induction tops depend on coils and power electronics that need airflow to stay cool, and they only heat iron or steel pans. Cracked glass is a frequent call, and usually the entire top gets replaced. We check the circuit and the cookware before ordering anything.
