Blomberg Dryer Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals

Blomberg has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your dryer is still under Blomberg's factory warranty, start with Blomberg. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.

Stacked units
Stacked pairs in condo closets have short, tight vents and little room to work. Tell us the closet size and whether the unit is stacked.
Garage laundry
A dryer in a hot garage works against the air around it. Let us know where it sits and how the vent leaves the house.
Two cycles to dry
When a load needs a second run, the vent is the first suspect, then the heating circuit. Note how long the vent run is if you know.
Tenants & owners
A renter can set up the visit. We report the diagnosis and the quote to whoever owns the appliance, and they sign off before the repair.
Bungalows & older houses
In a pre-war bungalow or an early ranch, a modern appliance may be wired into a much older house. We look at the outlet, supply line and vent along with the unit.
Straight answers
If an older unit isn't worth the money to fix, we say so plainly and show you which part gave out.

How a Dryer Repair Visit Works

01

Book the Visit

Tell us whether it spins without heat, takes two cycles, or stops early, and whether it's gas or electric.

02

Find the Fault

The technician checks the vent run first, then the heating parts, thermal fuses, motor and drum support.

03

Your Go-Ahead

We show you the failed part and give a price for the fix; the work waits for your yes.

04

Fixed and Verified

With the part fitted, we run the appliance through a cycle while you're there to confirm the fix.

Blomberg dryer design and construction

The Blomberg dryers sold in the U.S. are mostly ventless. In a condenser model, an element heats the air, the air passes through the clothes, and a condenser cools it so the moisture falls out as water. A heat-pump version gets there with a compact refrigeration loop and gentler air temperatures. Neither needs a duct to the outside, which is exactly why they suit condos and closet laundries. The price is upkeep: the door screen, the condenser (or the filter in front of it) and the water tank or drain hose all need regular attention. When a full cycle leaves the load damp, blocked airflow inside the machine is almost always why, and a tank-full warning that keeps returning points to the pump.

Common Blomberg dryer failures

  • Lint packed in condenser
  • Water pump not emptying
  • Element burned open
  • Moisture sensor coated
  • Belt snapped

Problems that aren't peculiar to Blomberg are explained on the dryer repair page. Not sure we reach your street? The Tampa-area service map lists every ZIP code.

FAQ

Blomberg Dryer Repair FAQ

What to expect, in brief. Anything specific to your appliance or your building is welcome in the booking notes.

Didn't see your question?

Describe what's happening and include the model plate if you can. We'll say what we can from that, and the rest gets checked at your home.

Start with the lint filter in the door, then clean the condenser or its filter as your manual describes; lint there chokes the airflow. Ventless dryers run longer than vented ones even when healthy. Still slow once everything is clean? Then the heating side (element or heat pump), the blower and the sensors are what we check.

Many models let you route the pump outlet through a hose to a standpipe or sink. Your manual lists the kit and how high the hose can rise. If the tank warning persists after that, the pump or hose is probably blocked.
