ASKO Dishwasher Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals
ASKO has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your dishwasher is still under ASKO's factory warranty, start with ASKO. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.
How a Dishwasher Repair Visit Works
Book the Visit
Say where it stops in the cycle, any code on the display, and whether water is left standing.
Find the Fault
The technician runs the failing step, checks the pump, sensors and lock, and inspects the hoses and drain.
Your Go-Ahead
You hear the diagnosis and the price, and decide. If the repair isn't worth it, we'll tell you.
Fixed and Verified
With the part fitted, we run the appliance through a cycle while you're there to confirm the fix.
ASKO dishwasher design and construction
Inside an Asko dishwasher the tub and inner door are stainless, the water is heated on its way through a flow heater, and a flood sensor sits in a tray under the machine. When water gets into that tray, the sensor stops everything and keeps the drain pump running, which catches owners off guard. The water might come from a hose, a gasket, a seal on the sump or from suds when regular dish soap went in by mistake. Beyond that, the usual list is a clogged filter, a drain pump losing strength, a wash pump that hums but sprays nothing, a heater that's stopped warming the water, and counterbalance springs that let the door slam down. Hard water scales the heater over time, so rinse aid and the right detergent help. We check level and drain-loop height before condemning a part.
Common ASKO dishwasher failures
- Flood sensor tripped by water in tray
- Drain pump losing strength
- Wash pump humming without spraying
- Flow heater not warming
- Counterbalance springs worn

ASKO Dishwasher Repair FAQ
The questions we hear most often about this kind of repair. If yours isn't here, add it to your booking notes.
Didn't see your question?
Describe what's happening and include the model plate if you can. We'll say what we can from that, and the rest gets checked at your home.
Water has collected in the tray under the machine and tripped the sensor. We find where it came from, whether a hose, a seal or soap suds, fix it and dry the tray so the sensor resets. Resetting without finding the leak just brings the light back.
Stainless tubs dry by condensation, and plastic doesn't hold heat, so it stays damp longer than glass. Rinse aid makes a real difference. If everything is wet, we test the heater and the control.
