Bosch Dishwasher Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals

Bosch has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your dishwasher is still under Bosch's factory warranty, start with Bosch. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.

Garage laundry
With no basements here, many washers sit in an attached garage, often on a sloped slab. Tell us how we get into the garage.
Dishwashers that won't dry
In a muggy kitchen, plastic dishes stay wet. Check that the rinse-aid dispenser is full before booking; if the heater is out, we'll find it.
Upstairs laundry
In a two-story home a leaking washer shows up on the ceiling below. Close the supply valves and keep the door shut; we can drain it on site.
Condos & gated communities
High-rises Downtown or on Bayshore, HOA gates in Westchase or New Tampa: put the gate code, elevator rules or guest parking spot in your notes.
Tenants & owners
A renter can set up the visit. We report the diagnosis and the quote to whoever owns the appliance, and they sign off before the repair.
Bungalows & older houses
In a pre-war bungalow or an early ranch, a modern appliance may be wired into a much older house. We look at the outlet, supply line and vent along with the unit.

How a Dishwasher Repair Visit Works

01

Book the Visit

Say where it stops in the cycle, any code on the display, and whether water is left standing.

02

Find the Fault

We test the pump, valves and door or lid lock, and look at the drain line and supply hoses too.

03

Your Go-Ahead

We show you the failed part and give a price for the fix; the work waits for your yes.

04

Fixed and Verified

We install the part matched to your model, then run it to make sure the problem is gone.

Bosch dishwasher design and construction

Bosch dishwashers report trouble with E codes, and a few dominate. E15 tells you the AquaStop float in the base has been raised by water, so the machine stops and runs the drain pump; the job is finding where that water came from. E24 and E25 are drain faults, usually a pinched hose, a filter caked with food, or debris lodged beneath the cover over the pump. On many models the circulation pump contains the water heater, and a failure in that assembly brings up E09. When the door flops down instead of easing open, a hinge cable has let go. In Tampa, hard-water deposits gradually crust the spray arms and heater, so a descaling cycle now and then keeps glasses clear and the heater working.

Common Bosch dishwasher failures

  • E15, water in the base pan
  • E24 or E25 drain blockage
  • Heater-pump failure, E09
  • Hinge cable snapped, door falls open
  • Door latch or switch not engaging

FAQ

Bosch Dishwasher Repair FAQ

Short answers to what people usually ask before a visit. Anything not covered can go in the notes when you book.

Didn't see your question?

Send us the make, the model tag and what the appliance is doing. Some problems can be narrowed down before anyone drives over; most need hands on the machine.

That clears the code until the next leak, which comes soon if nothing is repaired. Water usually escapes past a worn door gasket, the heater-pump, a loose hose clamp or a cracked sump. We find the source first and only then reset the machine.

It points to the heating circuit, which on many models is built into the circulation pump. The water isn't getting hot, so dishes come out cool and wet. We test the heater-pump, its connections and the control relay before replacing the assembly.
