Admiral Dishwasher Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals
Admiral has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your dishwasher is still under Admiral's factory warranty, start with Admiral. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.
How a Dishwasher Repair Visit Works
Book the Visit
Say where it stops in the cycle, any code on the display, and whether water is left standing.
Find the Fault
The technician runs the failing step, checks the pump, sensors and lock, and inspects the hoses and drain.
Your Go-Ahead
We show you the failed part and give a price for the fix; the work waits for your yes.
Fixed and Verified
After the repair we test a full cycle and check for leaks, noise or codes before we leave.
Inside an Admiral dishwasher
Admiral dishwashers share their tub, pump and door with Whirlpool's basic models. There's no chopper on the newer ones; food is caught in a twist-out filter under the lower spray arm, and if nobody rinses it, glasses come out gritty and gray water stays behind. Once the filter, the hose and the disposal connection check out, the next suspect is a drain pump that buzzes without moving water. A door latch switch that fails keeps the cycle from starting at all. Drying depends on a heating element and the thermal fuse that protects it. A fill valve with a plugged screen lets in too little water, so the machine looks normal but leaves food on the plates.
Common Admiral dishwasher failures
- Twist-out filter clogged
- Drain pump buzzing, not pumping
- Door latch switch dead
- Drying element open
- Fill valve screen plugged

What to expect, in brief. Anything specific to your appliance or your building is welcome in the booking notes.

Tell us the brand, model number and the symptom. A few things can be ruled out from a description; most faults need testing on site.
Twist out and rinse the filter first. If a disposal was recently installed, make sure its knockout plug was removed. If both are fine, we test the drain pump and check the hose and air gap.
Plastic stays wet in nearly any dishwasher. If glass and china are wet too, the drying element or its fuse may have failed, or the rinse aid ran out. We measure the element and check whether the control is powering it.
