KitchenAid Oven Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals
KitchenAid has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your oven is still under KitchenAid's factory warranty, start with KitchenAid. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.
How an Oven Repair Visit Works
Tell Us the Symptom
The model tag (often behind the drawer or on the frame) and what it does or doesn't do when you turn it on.
In-Home Testing
The technician checks heat sources, sensors and switches, and confirms the power or gas reaching the unit.
A Price You Approve
We explain what failed and quote the repair. Nothing is done until you agree to the price.
Fix and Check
We install the part matched to your model, then run it to make sure the problem is gone.
KitchenAid oven design and construction
KitchenAid wall ovens are known for Even-Heat True Convection, a third element wrapped around a rear fan behind a bow-tie shaped baffle. Lose that element or fan and the oven still bakes, just unevenly, and convection preheat drags on. Beyond convection, the usual repairs are the upper and lower elements, the probe and the self-clean latch. Double and combination units crowd more wiring behind the control panel, where years of heat take a toll. Since pulling a wall oven out is a project, we test everything reachable from the front first. A board that failed right after a lightning storm gets its supply checked before it is replaced.
Common KitchenAid oven failures
- Convection element burned out
- Convection fan motor seized
- Bake element open
- Oven sensor out of range
- Self-clean door lock stuck

KitchenAid Oven Repair FAQ
What to expect, in brief. Anything specific to your appliance or your building is welcome in the booking notes.
Didn't see your question?
Send us the make, the model tag and what the appliance is doing. Some problems can be narrowed down before anyone drives over; most need hands on the machine.
Usually the third element, the fan behind it, or the relay that switches them. Regular bake and broil can keep working while convection is out. We test each piece in that circuit.
They're independent, each with its own probe and elements, so one can fail alone. We test that cavity's parts, and if both are misbehaving, the control they share.
