Bosch Oven Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals
Bosch has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your oven is still under Bosch's factory warranty, start with Bosch. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.
How an Oven Repair Visit Works
Describe the Problem
Which burner, element or oven function fails, any code on the display, and whether it's gas, electric or induction.
Diagnosis at Home
We test elements or igniters, the temperature sensor and the controls, and check the supply at the outlet or gas valve.
Quote Before Work
You hear the diagnosis and the price, and decide. If the repair isn't worth it, we'll tell you.
Repair and Test
With the part fitted, we run the appliance through a cycle while you're there to confirm the fix.
Bosch oven design and construction
Behind the control panel of a Bosch wall oven is a fan that keeps blowing after you've switched off. If it dies, heat builds up around the electronics and odd errors begin. Convection versions put a fan and ring element on the back wall. Benchmark and 800 Series speed ovens pack a microwave and a convection oven into one cavity, so we check the high-voltage side and the heating side independently. The steam models carry a reservoir, a small pump and a steam generator, and our tap water leaves minerals in that generator unless it's descaled when the oven asks. Elements, the oven probe and the self-clean latch round things out. Rear wiring means sliding the oven out onto a support.
Common Bosch oven failures
- Cooling fan failing, controls overheating
- Convection element or fan failed
- Door lock stuck after self-clean
- Temperature sensor out of range
- Steam generator scaled up

Bosch Oven Repair FAQ
A few plain answers before you book. Details about your home or the appliance can go in the form's notes field.
Didn't see your question?
Send us the make, the model tag and what the appliance is doing. Some problems can be narrowed down before anyone drives over; most need hands on the machine.
That's the cooling fan protecting the controls, and some run-on is by design. Hours of it, or silence when the oven is clearly hot, suggests a bad fan or a bad sensor telling it when to stop. We check both.
Minerals in tap water collect in the steam generator. Descale on the schedule the oven asks for; filtered or softened water can stretch it. Scale left too long can block the generator, which then needs repair.
