JennAir Wine Cooler Service for Houses, Condos and Rentals
JennAir has no connection to us, and we aren't one of its authorized repair centers. If your wine cooler is still under JennAir's factory warranty, start with JennAir. After that coverage ends, send us the model number and what it's doing when you book; that lets us research parts before the visit.
How a Wine Cooler Repair Visit Works
Tell Us the Symptom
Tell us which section is warm, whether you hear the fan or compressor, and what the model tag says.
In-Home Testing
At your home the technician checks airflow, the condenser, the defrost circuit and the controls in turn.
A Price You Approve
You hear the diagnosis and the price, and decide. If the repair isn't worth it, we'll tell you.
Fix and Check
With the part fitted, we run the appliance through a cycle while you're there to confirm the fix.
JennAir wine cooler design and construction
JennAir wine storage comes as undercounter cellars with one or two zones, and as tall wine columns designed to sit beside its built-in refrigerators. Each uses a small compressor, an evaporator fan and an electronic control. When a zone drifts from its setting, the cause is more often a probe, a stalled fan or a door gasket that has lost its seal than a failing compressor. Undercounter cellars take in and exhaust air through the grille at floor level, so a rug, a toe-kick cover or a matted condenser can push temperatures up, and Florida humidity finds any gap in the gasket quickly. Bottles don't benefit from vibration either, so a fan or compressor that has grown noisier deserves a look before it quits. Lighting and display faults usually sit on the control side.
Common JennAir wine cooler failures
- Zone evaporator fan stalled
- Zone probe misreading
- Gasket no longer sealing
- Condenser matted behind floor-level grille
- Control or display failure
Problems that aren't peculiar to JennAir are explained on the wine cooler repair page. Visits run from St. Petersburg and Tampa up to Wesley Chapel and Spring Hill: check the service area list for your ZIP.

JennAir Wine Cooler Repair FAQ
The questions we hear most often about this kind of repair. If yours isn't here, add it to your booking notes.
Didn't see your question?
Describe what's happening and include the model plate if you can. We'll say what we can from that, and the rest gets checked at your home.
Clear anything in front of the floor-level grille and run a hand along the gasket for gaps. If the zone still runs warm, the probe, fan or control is next, and each gets tested.
Get it looked at. A rattling fan or a compressor that has started to drone usually signals wear or a loose mount, and tracking down the source first keeps the fix small.
